In 2010, Timeless Future has developed a customized version of the “Number Balls” minigame for research purposes. The goal of this game is to click numbered balls in ascending order, as quickly as possible. This game is being used for a PhD research on inter group competition in online gaming. Different versions of the game, with different social competition elements have been developed, and statistics from the usage of these games are gathered for research.
The technologies used for the games are Adobe Flash and PHP.
