Instructions for local use of XIMPEL 2.0 when using YouTube videos

To view a playlist that includes YouTube video locally on a computer, the safety settings of Adobe’s Flash Player need to be changed. That can be done via the following URL:

By clicking ‘edit locations’, it is possible to add the folder of the application to the safe locations of Flash. Via ‘add location’ > ‘browse for folder’ you can select the folder with the contents of the ZIP-archive.

The application can be viewed by opening ximpelApp.html or ximpelApp.swf.
